We want you to love every Kyureto purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and issues.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the product you receive is damaged, faulty, or not dispensed correctly, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Email elo@kyureto.com with:
A photo of the product and packaging
The location of the vending machine
The date and time of purchase
Your payment receipt (if available) or other proof of purchase, such as a bank statement
We will arrange either a refund to your original payment method or a replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Change of Mind
As purchases are made in person through our vending machines, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product.
Payment Issues
If your card or mobile payment was charged but no product was dispensed, please contact us at elo@kyureto.com with your transaction details. We will issue a refund as quickly as possible.
